This site sets no cookies, uses no cross-site tracking and carries no fingerprinting or advertising identifiers. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do count page views in aggregate, through a cookieless measurement service that stores no personal data and no IP address, so that we can see which documents are read.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. No other third-party services run on this site.

When you email us, we process the details you choose to send solely to respond and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

The datasets we supply are anonymized before delivery: named individuals, personal data and commercial identifiers are removed or pseudonymized. Sourcing and licensing are governed by written agreements with the originating parties and our customers, not by this notice.

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Email hello@thegeneraldata.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
